I like cycling, (good) chocolate and cheese. I enjoy working on cooking projects, most well documented ones are the development of ice cream or gelato recipes and energy gel recipes. Ice cream recipes have been of use to my friends at their bakery and patisserie Pekarna Klemen. Occasionally I take pictures, I am mostly interested in macro photography.
